    16 years and older

  3. For all NJ Restricted Boat Operators
    13 to 16 years of age
  4. For NJ Boat Operators
    16 years and up born after 1978
  5. For PA Boat Operators
    20 years and up born after 1981
  6. For ALL boaters concerned with safety on the water
